By accessing gennetsystems.com or engaging GenNet Systems for any IT services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Services

GenNet Systems provides IT products, solutions, and services including hardware sales, rentals, repairs, cloud services, cybersecurity, AMC, and managed IT services. All services are subject to a separate service agreement or purchase order.

Payment Terms

Hardware purchases require advance payment or as per agreed credit terms
AMC and managed IT services are billed as per the contract terms
All prices are exclusive of applicable GST
Late payment may attract interest as per agreed terms

Warranties & Liability

Hardware carries manufacturer warranty. Services are provided with a workmanship warranty as specified in individual service agreements. GenNet Systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

Data Recovery

Data recovery services are provided on best-effort basis. GenNet Systems does not guarantee successful recovery and shall not be held liable for permanent data loss. Clients are advised to maintain regular backups.

Intellectual Property

All content on gennetsystems.com including text, graphics, and logos are the property of GenNet Systems and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
